Wellbeing encompasses our physical, social and mental health. One way we can look after our mental wellbeing is by showing gratitude. This term, during our Wellbeing Week, our community has been encouraged to take some time out to think about the great things we all have in our lives. Our St Benedict's gratitude walk has been a wonderful expression of this, it has been uplifting to see the colourful cardboard squares moving in the wind, a very visual reminder of all our blessings. Remember, even when we are feeling like times the world is against us we can always find positives to focus on and be grateful for, our family who love us, our friends who make us smile, the beautiful world around us, our wonderful school which is a place of support and learning our talents and all our positive attributes.
